单分子生物医学研究组（Nanoscale Biophysics & Biomedicine Laboratory）成立于2015年，依托四川大学生物治疗全国重点实验室、华西医院临床检验医学研究中心、天府锦城实验室（未来医学城）等平台开展研究工作。团队长期致力于新型蛋白质纳米孔、单分子生物技术、纳米孔测序及其临床分子诊断应用研究。相关成果发表于Nature、Nature Methods、Cell Research、Cell Host & Microbe等国际著名学术期刊，部分论文作为Nature的亮点文章收录到Nature Asia，由Nature Methods等期刊专文述评，入选Biomaterials杂志年度封面等。

团队承担了国家重点研发计划“智能传感器专项”(2022-2025)、“颠覆性技术创新重点专项”(2025-2027)、”纳米科技专项”课题(2016-2021)、教育部科技司高校新型冠状肺炎防治科技攻关重点项目、国家自然科学基金青年学生基础研究项目（博士研究生）、四川省重点研发项目等多项研究项目。团队成员入选长江学者奖励计划特聘教授、国家青年海外高层次人才、四川省特聘专家、国家博士后人才资助计划等。

团队成员担任中国材料研究学会-智能医药材料与器件专委会副主任委员、中国医药生物技术协会纳米生物技术分会委员会委员、中国生物物理学会单分子生物学分会委员、四川省天府峨眉（千人）计划专家联谊会常务理事、成都人才发展促进会理事，中国化学快报Chinese Chemical Letters编委等职务。

The Nanoscale Biophysics & Biomedicine Laboratory, led by Professor Jia Geng, was established in 2015 at the State Key Laboratory of Biotherapy of Sichuan University, and the Clinical Laboratory Medicine Research Center of West China School of Medicine. The lab pioneers next-generation single-molecule technologies for biomedical applications, and develops engineered protein nanopores, advanced single-molecule biotechnologies, and nanopore sequencing platforms for ultrasensitive clinical diagnostics. The team has published over 60 papers in leading journals including Nature, Nature Methods, Cell Research, and Cell Host & Microbe, with several works featured as journal highlights and cover stories. Research in the lab is supported by major national programs, including the National Key R&D Program of China – Disruptive Technology Innovation and Intelligent Sensors initiatives, et al.
